Winter Accelerator Programme - Dunedin

Otago Cricket are excited to again be offering the popular Accelerator Coaching Programme in Dunedin this winter!

Accelerator has been designed to offer school children years 3 - 13 the opportunity to grow their skills in the Edgar Centre HPC alongside our qualified coaches! Accelerator is an 8-week programme (beginning Monday 13 June), which runs for 4 weeks either side of the Term 2 School Holidays.

The programme is designed to challenge athletes both technically & tactically through skill games, drills & challenges. We pride ourselves on being forward-thinking in our training methods, and keeping the emphasis on FUN. This winter we have been lucky to recruit some awesome "lead coaches" to our ranks, who will also work with children to set & achieve short & long-term goals! Key Dates:

• Monday 13 June: Accelerator begins (4-week block)
• Saturday 09 July – 24 July: SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
• Mon 25 July: Accelerator re-starts
• Sunday 28th Aug: Accelerator final session (4-week block)​​​​​​​

Holiday Rescheduling:

• Sunday 10th July session to be rescheduled for 28th August (due to School Holidays).
• Friday 24th June session to be rescheduled for Friday 26th August (due to Matariki).

Cost:​​​​​​​

• ​​​​​​​Accelerator Small Group Session = $275.00 per player.
  • ​​​​​​​Max. 6 participants.
  • 1:3 Coach/Athlete ratio
• Accelerator Large Group Session = $315.00 per player
  • ​​​​​​​Max. 8 participants.
  • 1:4 Coach/Athlete ratio

Note: Please note that 'Large Group' sessions are offered at a more expensive rate due to having 30-minutes longer per session, and having coaches qualifed at a higher level.
