Tertiary Training Programme (Dunedin)
Otago Cricket are excited to announce the return of the Tertiary Training Programme; a 10-week programme designed to help University Students iron out technical & tactical aspects of their game. Throughout the programme players will work with qualified coaches, who will help the players devise a plan to prepare for the upcoming season. Much of the programme will be self driven and enourage the players to take repsonsibility for their training.
The sessions will take place at The Otago Cricket High Performance Centre (Dunedin) - athletes will have access to bowling machines and all other Otago Cricket resource. All coaching will take place in line with Government COVID-19 Guidelines and Otago Cricket's Association Health and Safety Plan. All other information is as follows:
- Small-group, 1-hour long sessions (8 x players max.)
- Edgar Centre HPC, Dunedin. (116 Portsmouth Drive, Dunedin)
- Thursday & Friday afternoon sessions
- Coaches: Matthew Bacon & Travis Muller. (Support: Will Kindley, Ben McCord, Ramesh Subasinghe)
- $150 per player for 10 x sessions!!!
Please find all session times below. Please be aware that first preference options are not guarenteed but we will do our best to allocate accordingly dependant on demand.
Session Times: (STARTS 21 & 22 July - ENDS 29 & 30 September)
Otago University Mid-Semester Break: No training 1st & 2nd September

- 3:30-4:30pm (FEMALE ONLY SESSION)
*Please note: all sessions are 60 minutes long, and can accomodate up to eight players*
**Please note: players do not need to be students to be involved in these sessions*
